We believe everyone deserves access to a rewarding career in technology. Since 2019, we have been transforming lives through world-class coding education.
CodePath Australia was founded in 2019 in Sydney with a simple but powerful mission: to make tech careers accessible to everyone, regardless of their background, age, or prior experience. Our founder, Marcus Chen, saw firsthand the gap between the tech industry's demand for skilled developers and the limited pathways available to aspiring coders in Australia.
We started with just 12 students in a borrowed co-working space in Surry Hills. That first cohort was a mix of career changers, recent graduates, and self-taught hobbyists who shared one thing in common — the drive to build something meaningful with code. Every one of them landed a tech role within six months.
Today, we have grown to over 2,400 graduates across Australia. Our campus in Sydney's CBD hosts hundreds of students each term, and our remote programs reach learners in every state and territory. We have built partnerships with over 350 companies, from startups to ASX-listed enterprises, creating a hiring pipeline that gives our graduates a genuine advantage in the job market.
To provide transformative, industry-aligned tech education that empowers Australians to build meaningful careers in technology.
A future where anyone in Australia with the determination to learn can access a high-quality pathway into the tech industry — without barriers of cost, location, or background.
We combine project-based learning, real-world mentorship, and dedicated career support to produce job-ready graduates that employers actively seek out.
These principles guide every decision we make, from curriculum design to hiring practices.
We remove barriers to entry. Flexible payment plans, remote options, and no prior experience required for our beginner programs. Tech careers should be open to all Australians.
Our curriculum is built and continuously updated by senior industry professionals. We teach what employers actually need, using the tools and workflows used in production environments.
Learning to code is a team sport. Our students collaborate daily, our alumni network mentors new cohorts, and our Slack community of 3,000+ members supports each other long after graduation.
We measure success by one metric: whether our graduates land fulfilling tech careers. Our 94% employment rate within six months speaks for itself. We do not stop until you are hired.
